COPIL SA was born from the initiative of 3 passionate professionals, with complementary backgrounds in the fields of real estate, architecture and construction. With their respective experiences in management positions, they have managed numerous large-scale and highly complex projects.

In 2024, they chose to combine their skills to serve public and private institutional project owners, by founding COPIL SA, an independent public limited company.

Based in Meyrin and active in French-speaking Switzerland, COPIL SA positions itself as a trusted partner to realize your ambitions, supporting the transformation of your spaces with rigor, commitment and expertise.

For many years, I have held positions of responsibility within a general contractor, a large architectural firm and a real estate company, where I worked as a senior manager and then vice-president. This diversity of backgrounds has allowed me to develop a global and operational vision of each stage of a project, from A to Z: defining the strategy, developing and monitoring budgets, meeting deadlines, quality control, risk analysis and coordinating all stakeholders.

I fully assume my role as conductor, ensuring that each talent is expressed and contributes to creating a quality and valuable work.

Antonio CARNEIRO

As a freelance architect for 25 years, I design and carry out projects that combine architectural excellence, technical precision, and budgetary control. My career has led me to successfully manage private projects, public mandates, and real estate appraisals, from the competition phase to delivery. Passionate about detail and quality of execution, I ensure rigorous monitoring of each stage, from design to site management.

My commitment also extends to the transmission of knowledge, with recognized experience in teaching and training future professionals.

Olivier BURKHARDT

With 35 years of experience in the construction sector, I have held key positions, ranging from masonry and reinforced concrete technician to project manager, then branch manager of a large Swiss general contractor.

This career path has allowed me to acquire a complete mastery of the technical, logistical and normative dimensions, while supervising complex projects in compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality requirements. Accustomed to leading multidisciplinary teams and working in different contractual frameworks, I now have comprehensive expertise allowing me to efficiently ensure all stages of a project, from its design to its delivery.
